CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As with the general contractor, the construction manager provides on-site management for the project and collaborates closely with subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion. Construction Managers or CMs are solicited early in the planning and design process and continue to advocate on behalf of the owner as they guide the project to completion. The Construction Manager at Risk approach allows the owner, architects, engineers, and construction manager to work together to craft the best design for the project and provides the owner with precise estimates.
